Bisher war es nicht möglich, das Netzteil der Xbox One käuflich zu erwerben. Immer wieder gab es Probleme, die von Kunden eingereicht wurden, da es die Netzteile schlicht einfach nicht gab und Microsoft diese auch nicht anbot. Wer also ein beschädigtes Xbox One-Netzteil hatte, musste über den Support sein beschädigtes einsenden und erhielt ein Neues. Damit soll nun Schluss sein und Microsoft bietet nun eine Lösung, in dem man das Netzteil kurzerhand frei verkäuflich zur Verfügung stellt. Das gab Major Nelson nun über Reddit bekannt.
Hey gang, I have an update on this. I have worked w/ the Support team and we’ve enabled the option to purchase additional Xbox One power supply units via https://myservice.xbox.com
I have not had a chance to check it out myself yet – but the team just emailed me to let me know they have added that option to the online tool.
