Wieder überraschte Microsoft alle Xbox Insider, die sich im Alpha-Ring befinden mit einem weiteren Preview-Update. Dieses Mal gibt es neben den gewohnten Fixes auch ein weiteres neues Feature, das euch hilfreich sein könnte.
Mit der neusten Preview-Build kommt das Feature des Installationsprozess im Guide hinzu. Hier könnt ihr nämlich nun ab sofort alle wichtigen Installationen eurer Spiele und Apps auf einen Blick im Guide verfolgen. So entfällt der „lästige“ Weg in den Meine Spiele & Apps-Bereich.
Wie schon erwähnt, bringt das neue Preview-Update auch ein paar neuen Fehlerbehebungen mit sich. So werden im Profil nun einige Elemente wieder richtig angezeigt. Außerdem wurden die sich häufig vorkommenden Abstürze auf der Startseite und generell im Dashboard behoben.
Des Weiteren fügte man diverse andere Fehlerbehebungen mit in die neuste Preview-Build ein. Die Changelogs findet ihr wie immer hier unten.

- Installation Progress in Guide
In-progress installations are now visible from a tile at the bottom of the Guide. When selected, this tile opens a new interface showing items in the queue and their status, and allowing some basic functions like pausing or cancelling the installation.

We are investigating the inaccurate RGB colors that have been reported when displaying in 4K HDR mode when playing a UHD disc.
- Tournaments
The left and right navigation for selecting date and time during Tournament creation is currently reversed when the console language is set to Arabic or Hebrew.

- Avatars on Home
Users wishing to represent themselves as an avatar can do so by changing their settings under My profile > Customize profile > Show my avatar.
